In order to confirm a reservation, you have to prepay 30%
of the total cost of your stay as a deposit in the following Bank account:

In the case of cancellation:
- 22 days or more prior to the arrival of the customer, the deposit is refunded to the customer (any transfer expenses are paid by the customer).
- between 14 and 21 days prior to the arrival of the customer, 50% of the deposit is refunded to the customer (any transfer expenses are paid by the customer).
- 13 days or less prior to the arrival of the customer, the deposit is not refunded to the customer.
